Wells Gray Provincial Park
Volcanoes, Waterfalls, Glaciers, and Mineral Springs - they can all be found in one place - Wells Gray! Wells Gray Provincial park has a vast array of landscapes and something to do for everyone. River rafting, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, and hiking are just a few of the many things to do at this beautiful and scenic National park.

Go Tubing
If you are in the Hedley area, a popular local activity is tubing down the Similkameen River. Don't have an inner tube? Blow up matresses work too! Or pick up an inner tube at the Hedley Country Market.

The Centre of the Universe
In 1980, a mysterious monk claimed that he found the centre of the Universe in Kamloops, BC. While the area is not your typical tourist destination with restaurants and attractions, it does see many visitors seeking spiritual enlightenment. The site has been a popualar and special location for monks and natives in the area, and is a place where they can go to become enlightened or pay their respects. The site is said to emit power from 3 special spots.
Spotted Lake
If you're really looking to see something unique, you won't want to miss out on the Spotted Lake. The Lake is made up of a variety of minerals (including magnesium sulphate, calcium, and sodium solphate) that, when the water evaporates, leave "spots" that appear in different colors. It is beleived by many that each "spot" of the lake holds a different healing property. Unfortunately the lake is on private property, so you won't be able to reap the medicinal benefits. With that said, it is still within view and provides a great photo opp!

Explore Allenby
Allenby is one of BC's "ghost towns". At one point in time Allenby was a thriving community with a mill plant that processed ore from Cooper Mountain. Today, remains of the city are still abundant and open for exploration.

Kettle Valley Rail Trail
The Kettle Valley Rail Trail is an abandoned railway bed that winds through South Central BC. The trail is popular among cyclists.

Trans Canada Trail
The Trans Canada Trail is one of the longest networks of trails in the world! The route incorporates over 24, 000km of trails and stretches past the Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic Oceans! Many people travel the trails via hiking, skiing, bike riding, and even horseback riding.

Crazy Creek Waterfalls
The Crazy Creek Waterfalls have a suspension bridge that runs directly in front of the falls, allowing for optimal viewing. If you want to get wet, you can laze in the hot pools!
Mount Robson Provincial Park
Beauty at it's best - Mount Robson Provincial Park is home to the highest peak of the Rocky Mountains (Mt Robson).
It is home to a variety of wildlife including bears, elk, moose, mountain goat, and more.
