Visit a Temple

 

Temples are a huge part of Chinese Buddhist Culture and are a place where the religious can go to worship. Temples can be found throughout Shanghai, with some of the most popular being the Jade Temple and the Jing'an Temple.

The Bund

 

The Bund is a popular waterfront area in Shanghai. It is known for it's scenic walkway and beautiful architectural designs. You can also visit the Wharf to take boat rides.

If you're looking for a unique cultural experience, visit People's Park in People's Square on a weekend. Here you will find a large grouping of anxious parents searching for potential mates for their children.
