The Toronto Islands are a small group of islands in Toronto. Though not completely free, the small fee required to take the ferry across is well worth it for a day full of fun. On the Toronto islands you will find the Centerville amusement park, a barnyard full of fun, and plenty of beach land for sunbathing, kayaking, canoeing, and much more. The Toronto Islands also host a variety of free festivals and events throughout the year.

The Distillery District of Toronto has over 80 different shops and boutiques, a variety of dining venues and cafes, as well as plenty of entertainment and events.

Wasaga Beach

 

Wasaga Beach is a town in Simcoe County and is home to the longest freshwater beach on the globe. Gorgeous swimming water and clean, fresh beaches are just a few of the many reasons to visit this town.
